Meeting Mandy for the 3rd time was sooooo much fun!! Aids Walk LA started when me and my dad met up with Mandy, bro Matt :) and her dad Mark along with TeamSMF leader Jessica and the rest of Team Somaly Mam Foundation! While waiting for the walk to start, Mandy let me hear some of her new songs on her phone!! :D I couldn't believe it and of course LOVED them!! I know how much u guys luv BOOGIE but just wait till u hear Mandy's EP/Mixtape! We took pics, laughed a lot :P and also talked about the upcoming #BOOGIE vid and possible Boogie dance.. <33 Mandy also shared Somaly's inspirational story with us and that reminded me why i was walking <3 The 6+ miles wasnt easy but so worth it for such a great cause, being able to walk with Mandy & her fam was beyond A-MAZ-IN!! #teamSMF

My name is Jessica Clink. I met Mandy on August 23, 2011 at Six Flags Magic
Mountain in Los Angeles, CA! It was so amazing, Mandy is one of my many
inspirations and to finally meet her was so incredible. I was supposed to meet
her once before but that didn't work out so I was excited when I ran into her at
Six Flags. It's kinda funny how it all happened, but that's too long to explain.
Mandy is so sweet in person and just as beautiful, if not more in person. She's
so tiny and cute! We stayed and talked for a few minutes and took a picture and
then went our separate ways. I also met her little brother Matt and I saw her
dad. (i didnt actually meet her dad, but we did see him) I love Mandy and am so

it was pretty awesome!! i mean, it was totally unexpecting cuz Mandy DM'ed me
the night before my graduation that she couldn't go, and i was so convinced that
she wasn't gonna go.... but, i understood cuz she would be busy and all but
anyway, she told me that she was gonna go to the studio and record and all. so,
next day, all day i'm getti g ready for graduation, i was so excited to graduate
and finally be free from school!! hahaha!! so, i go to my school and get my cap
N' gown blah blah blah and then, we go into the ceremony and i'm sitting there,
graduating, ALL OF A SUDDEN, like ten minuted after the ceremony started, i see
a little flash of Mandy Rain in the back of the place and i was all in schock
the entire time. but i didn't believe it cuz i saw her go out the back door to
wherever she was going.. and.. so i was bummed cuz i was thinking "She left..."
but i remembered it was my graduation day!! i had to be happy!! so i forgot for
a while, and smiled.
BUT THEN.
it was almost towards the end of my graduation ceremony,
and my class and i were getting ready to sing our class song "Today My Life
Begins" by Bruno Mars and we were getting lined up to start singing. so, i'm all
set. i clear my throat and begin to sing until i turned to my left, and i see
this gorgeous angles glowing before my eyes!!!! IT WAS MANDY. and she was
literally glowing, no joke. just ask @The_Munro_fans, @alfarokathy,
@uniquejessiej, @JasmineVnerd, and @MrzBreezy13 on twitter. so, i stand there in
complete shock and..
wow..
she was beautiful.... and i started crying my eyes out in front of everyone. but
i wasn't embarassed lol i was so happy!! she saw me and waved and figured it was
me that was the Rainstorm that invited her. my class had no idea who she was..
shame on them.. except for the people who i mentioned earlier hahaha.
so she smiled and sang along to the song that my class was singing. i wasn't
singing. i was busy cryiiiiing....
so yeah, ceremony over and i calmed myself.
i went outside to take pics and get some air from all the crying and WOWing
lolololol so i go outside and she's there, still glowing and smiling. and i was
like "AHMYGOD." but i didn't go crazy and jump her and yeah..
i couldn't really talk.. but i did. if you saw the video, that was half of our
convo. but i wish i told her everything i've always wanted to tell her. i had a
lot to say. but i was so happy. it was the most amazing thing ever :D

The First time I met Mandy was at the Kids Choice awards in March 2010. I honestly didn't expect on seeing the School Gyrls there but I was so glad I did. I was able to go to the after party and they were actually one of the first people I met at the after party. I freaked out when I saw a beautiful blonde girl in a sequin jacket and plaid skirt. I almost cried. I ran up to Mandy with my sister and started talking to her. From the moment we approached her, Mandy was a sweetheart. She stayed and chatted with us, took photos with me and my sister and her and the other gyrls were dancing with my brother! I was beyond happy to meet her that day!
The next time I met her was at Borders Bookstore in NYC for a signing. I was so thrilled when I heard she would be there that I went so many hours in advanced and just waited in the store until they arrived. When it was my turn to go up to Mandy I was nervous but I didn't let it show. I spoke to her how I would normally speak to a friend. Mandy was so SWEET to me and my sister and we couldn't stop smiling. Mandy really truly adores her fans and loves us. After the signing they told us all to wait on the side and we found out they were PERFORMING live in front of us! I flipped out. I grabbed my camera and began recording. Afterwards, they all stayed and took photos with EVERYONE THERE multiple times. She did everything their fans asked her to do like making video shoutouts, doing funny voices, taking dozens of photos. She was truly amazing. I am glad to say I'm a #rainstorm

Meeting Mandy Rain @AJ82lo Style
I've been a Rainstorm since I first heard the SGs a few yrs ago so meeting Mandy was a dream come true..it finally happened at Billabong's Design for Humanity on June 15! I was there with a friend and my dad..the event was filled witn music, dancing and art which we loved..all while I was looking out for Mandy, till I got a twitter DM from her saying she was there! :) I eventually found her with Nicole and Danielle from Morris & Pelle, who couldnt have been nicer to me! When I first went up to Mandy I was in total OHHHHH MYYYYYY RAAAAAIIIIIINNNNN mode, just couldnt believe I was finally meeting her! After we talked and I gushed for a couple mins, I took 2 pics with her..Nicole took one for realmandyrain.com and the other for me. Mandy also signed my Mandy Rain bracelet that I always keep on my cell phone case. :) We hugged it out and said our goodbyes...thx again Mandy for making my day, week, month, year..life! <3 RAINSTORM ALWAYS -AJ

actress and she has an amazing voice and im glad i met her thanks to her ive
been trying my best to stay active this summer. im glad to be a rainstorm and

I love and support mandy because mandy is my rolemodel/inspiration. i liked her ever since i watched school gyrls. after watching the two movies i was so amazed because mandy's acting is so awesome! she has the voice of an angel, and her acting and dancing is so talented! My number one dream this year is to meet mandy, and if i do meet her, it would make my year. there's plenty of reason why i love and support her. heres another reason. another reason is her tweets and dms to me, they always make me smile and mandy is just the sweetest girl ever! i even consider her as a bff! mandy is such a sweetheart and has taught me to never listen to the haterz, and to be yourself and be unique and dont care what others think. I hope one day mandy will go further into her career and will acheive her dreams. with her great family, friends, and us rainstorms im pretty sure she will achieve, and when she does i will be so proud of her. Mandy rain is very special to me in so many ways, mandy is amazing, sweet, talented and rocks! and mandy if you read this i want you to know that i will always support you through the ups and downs and will always be here for you no matter what.
